What is a Lifetime / Long-term User
Long-term equity can be understood as lifetime equity.
- Users who purchase the Charging Plan - Permanent Card are lifetime (long-term) users;
- Lifetime users can use core features such as formula recognition unlimited times within the validity period, without worrying about queuing or usage limits.
- The handling for lifetime users under force majeure shall be governed by Article 8 of Force Majeure Handling.

- Unlimited usage: Lifetime users have no recognition limits within the validity period and can freely use features such as formula recognition.
- Long-term validity: Long-term equity means lifetime equity — purchase once, benefit for a long time.
- Education-certified users also apply: Users who have passed education certification can enjoy long-term equity even after graduation.

Visit the official website User Center to check your current account equity status and validity period.
If the equity is not displayed correctly, please make sure you are logged in with the correct account (note the difference between WeChat, phone number, email, etc.).

No. Once education certification is passed, you are a long-term equity user and will continue to enjoy long-term equity even after graduation.
Q: Do lifetime users need to renew?
No. Lifetime equity is valid for a long time after one purchase. Please refer to the package description at the time of purchase for details.
Q: Why do I still need to queue during peak hours even though I purchased the Permanent Card?
Please visit the User Center to confirm that the equity has taken effect, and log in again on the client, plugin, etc. (first log out, then log in again with the equity account). If the issue persists, please contact customer service.
