- Check user rights on the official website, official website - User Center, as shown in the following figure
2. If the rights are correct, the client, plugin, etc. will execute user logout or login, and log in again using the account name or email address seen above as the username. If the rights are incorrect, please carefully recall any other accounts and repeat steps one and two. If there are any issues, please contact customer service.
